Supercity Halal Meats

The lmab mince on tray when i looked from the top was very fresh and pink but when i brought home inside was grey and very old and was smelling so i threw my $35 to the bin.When i called and complained on the phone, the lady said we make the mince every day. I wantrd to take it back but she saidthey were closing in 20 minutes and didnt accept to wait 30 minutes instead . That is a cheat that you cover old mince with a freah pink mince and it was completely two different layers of meat

Good clean butchery and they look after their customers. I bought 5kg luncheon today for a function and they were amazing. What I like about them most is that they r clean and they deal with the meat in front of you.

The quality of product is really good, but the lady at the cashier is utterly illiterate she treat people according to their race . A piece of advice for the owner of the shop is to keep some at the shop who can deal with diversity... And also someone who doesn't expect their customers will always appear in a stupid Burkha or a Hijab ... Atleast not in Newzealand

This Butcher Is amazing everything is so clean and elegant and best of all quality controlled heck the guys are even making a move to make this butcher an online experience which would save me so much time travelling. Also looking at all the reviews lately I see some people are so egotistic but heck that's the world we live in. There are other butchers who cant come near to the quality,freshness,cleanliness,and professionalism supercity provides. To all the haters of this butcher shop try food for less for a cheaper price in which the chicken is already half expired and green. or any other butcher shop and see the difference in price and quality yourself rather than complaining!

Not a good customer service over the phone. The lady there is very rude. She doesn't know how to deal or talk to the customer. Better give her some training if she has to deal with the customer.

I visited this shop to grab some fresh goat.To be honest this shop was so clean and tidy.. staff so friendly and helpful and had knowledge about meat.So much impressed about the quality and freshness of meat from supercity halal meat NZ ltd..highly recommend...Very clean premises.

Amazing absolutely amazing. I’m flattered by the service Supercity halal meats provides. The prices are way cheaper than many other butchers out there! And to top it off it’s all halal! I’m a wholesale restaurant buyer and believe me their meats is one of the best in Auckland no questions asked!I recommend people to get their beef as it’s always super soft and their lamb is succulent and fresh every single day. These guys are the best my number 1 butcher.Keep up the good work guys

Your staff need to wear gloves and your toilet need to be cleaned i have a 5 years old who literally refused to use your toilet because it was very dirty. Otherwise very nice people and provide good quality meat.
