Ok, I shouldn’t be coming to New Zealand to eat Maccas but it served a purpose when we were in a rush. The Big Mac was ok but the chips were limp and undercooked - they swapped them for a new batch, but it shouldn’t need to be like that.

Messed up our orders gave us small instead of med and said it was med. gave us a weird as receipt. Messed up our frozen drink flavours. Made us wait for ages. Not clean tables. Leaving orphans everywhere. The machines didn’t print a ticket. Our order got lost in the system. Nice people but trash work. Don’t recommend this doughy wonky place. Bad music.

George St Maccers Got my order very wrong and was stone cold when I got it, rude to customers as a gentleman was blatantly ignored by staff and he has a disability but no one spoke to him. Staff were not bothered that there where customers waiting and would rather have loud conversations in the back the making sure the orders were correct. Would never be going there again.

The food was prepared almost as soon as I finished ordering it - very fast. The food was well presented and very delicious. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed a great atmosphere.

Located along George Street in downtown Dunedin. Shop was spacious and quite comfy. Staff were nice as well. I had the Double Quarter Pounder with large fries and Fanta.As it was Easter Sunday (09 April 2023), most of the shops around town were closed. Good thing this Maccas was open.

Disgusting service. Manger wouldn't help poor young guy behind the counter who obviously had not been traind on counter, nit his fault. Got our order wrong not twice but three times, then tried to argue that's not what we ordered. Unbelievable really..Will never come here again Owners need to be held to account..just a huge money making venture for them. DISGUSTING SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HOLD A FRANCHISE!
