Combined Salon Supplies

I just placed a phone order with Hayley. She was bubbly and friendly and was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and was super efficient and couldn't have been more obliging.

Staff here are terrible I walked in the store and was not greeted and after walking around for 5min unable to find what i was looking for I walked to the counter to seek assistance. One staff member was on the phone and the other was doing something else with her back to me ignoring the fact that i was standing patiently waiting. Then at that moment another customer walked in while i was standing there and they straight away greeted her and walked over to give her assistance. As the owner of a new barbershop I hoping to use CSS as my supplier but after that experience will be taking my business somewhere else.

The team were extremely polite and helpful with replacing my car windscreen. They did the job quickly and made it easy for me to drop off at and pick up at the times convenient for me. The car came back tidier than when I dropped it off. The banter was good as well :)
