Customers service was poor, no communication at all. One of the lady's behind the counter was rude. Ordered some chips just to wait 30 minutes, asked how much longer and I got asked if we had asked someone to cook them. Like come on guys !!Wasnt worth paying 200$ for lazer tag just to get paired with others when requesting to just play with just our group. I'd truly request time zone across the road.

I love this place and go often with my family and friends. It is perfect for birthday parties and fun times because of the huge variety of fun games available to play.

Had a lot of fun on a Saturday night. For $21 per person, you have unlimited laser tag plays. We did only 5 times because it also became tiring and repetitive after awhile. Nevertheless, it is a good game with a group of friends or with your family members. The more, the merrier! The staff are also friendly and accommodating. Highly-recommended for entertainment in Botany area. They also have a branch in Avondale but the one in Botany is better.

The equipment they use here is much better comparatively than other places I've played Laser Tag. You can clearly see where you're shooting and whether or not you've made a hit. That alone is pretty great. The layout of the arena is pretty decent, with lots of places to hide and snipe other people. They were a bit understaffed but the staff that was there were helpful.

Good place for birthday party, toilets were not enough but pretty clean. Buffet was open and service was ok.

Nothing can equal the incredible service I got from here, I made so many mistakes when I was purchasing the tickets for family and the staff understood then refunded straight away then provided my family and I with an unforgettable laser tag experience. I'll never look anywhere else.

I'm really disappointed with the party package offered at this place. When I made the booking at the reception, the guy who helped us got the time wrong, luckily someone noticed and called me to double check a few days before the party, otherwise the boys would have missed the games. On the day we arrived, I have to keep on asking the staff about where to go and what to do, no one offered to give us any information whatsoever. After the boys finished the games, we went to the so called party room with nothing set up on the table, no acknowledgement of the birthday boy, literally an empty room, no party atmosphere whatsoever, and we waited for a while for the food to come. And then they forgot a child's drink so I had to go out and ask again, then I had to ask the staff to bring up the cake, which they totally forgot until I went asked again 20 minutes later. We also have to go out asking for serviette, plates, a lighter etc. I've had my son having birthday party every year at different venues, never felt this disappointed with the venue and service! It's totally not worth the money!
