Optimus Systems

I've had the opportunity to work with Optimus through my company for about a year now!Every ticket I've submitted has been handled beautifully. The responses are quick, on point, and the support folks are incredibly kind and helpful. Most recently, I had an instance where I had misinformation about a certain process. When I reached out to Optimus, Jack was so kind and understanding. He walked me through the correct process patiently. At the end, he chose to double-check my computer settings to make sure the rest of the setup was correct. My experience with Optimus has always been fantastic. So happy we are in partnership with them at my company!

I have had to use Optimus twice in the last 2 weeks and their staff member was absolutely great.They are our prefered IT go to for problems and they have never been stumped. Help all our staff to get our programs, competers and phones working again.Fantastic Company I would recommend them to anyone wanting help with IT problems.

Optimus have been a game changer for my business. They take the worry away for all IT related issues. They are incredibly responsive and any issue is resolved almost immediately.They also understand my business and the issues we face - with that they work with me to find solutions that match my requirements, budget and restrictions.

What an amazing team of people! I have had to call several times for help as I am not very good at all when it comes to technology. Every time I have rang the Optimus team they have been so supportive and very patient with me as they managed to help and sort my IT problems out thoroughly. I can not thank them enough for the amazing job they do!!!

Called up the helpline. Response was prompt and these guys know what they were doing. They took remote control of my computer and did whatever they did and the problem is gone. We had a printer computer communication problem due to more than one internet provider and routers. We didn't know that was causing the issue but these guys discovered that and remotely too.

We made the change to Optimus Systems a few years ago and have never looked back. The team knows their stuff and are a pleasure to work with. We are not especially technical but have a heavy reliance on our IT system working, so the Optimus team holds our hand when needed, and gives us recommendations that will help keep our business secure. They have helped us grow and I'm confident they will support us into the future. A great partner for our small team and New Zealand businesses in general.

As a charity we really value the support Optimus gives us. Always ready at the end of the phone. This morning Jack from Optimus spent a lot of time sorting some major glitches in both our hardware and software in the box office. He had us up and running again and all ready for the show tonight. We love Optimus and all the staff who work there, they are legends!

Great team, they have been looking after us and our business for years now and we always receive fast, friendly and efficient service, including from Travis today. Excellent partner to work with, wouldn't consider anyone else.
