Muscle Chow

I'm an occasional user and I have to commend the friendly service (and good communication regarding delivery) and the selection of tasty meals. You can either quick-select a set meal plan which is very easy, and I've now tried 'build your own plan' which gives a good range of tasty and healthy options. Everything arrives well sealed and fresh - no soggy overcooked vegetables, they are bright and tendercrisp. The sealing method keeps everything fresh (in the fridge) really well, and as a bonus the meals also freeze well if you want to stock up. I bought 10 dinners and froze 5 so I don't need a delivery every week :)

Great meal selection and makes my life so much simpler. Super happy with their service. Only thing that can improve is the support communication. Generally when I message them on facebook messenger about a cracked meal container the response time varies from after a few days" to "not at all" in some cases. There is definitely room for improvement when it comes to timely support communication. Otherwise

I am very impressed by the excellent quality of the Muscle Chow meals. Muscle Chow meals are delicious, great-tasting and above all very healthy. In the last three years, I have been able to enjoy consuming these delicious foods and would like to recommend these to everyone. This is a top-quality product that should be on every New Zealander's table, AAA++++.

Very happy with Muscle Chow and their service! My partner and I ordered 10 meals for pickup but I was then struck with Covid a few days prior so had to ask for delivery. I also had asked for delivery of half of the packages with non-red meat to one address and the rest to another address. Received the packages at both addresses, with them split in the respective requests, no questions asked! Straight to the point and quality team! Ty!

Overall, good food and on-time delivery. However, one point of improvement, and I've given Muscle Chow this feedback multiple times, the accuracy of the nutritional information of their meals. While this may seem like not a big deal, when considering the target customers are health conscious individuals, who might be tracking calories and macros, it is essential Muscle Chow takes this seriously and reviews the macro info published on their website for ALL meals.For example, the Beef with Egg Noodle meal is listed has having carbs of only 14.6g, and protein of only 10.1g. There is NO WAY these numbers are correct.

Admin is easy to deal with. Not amazing. Chewy steak, no taste. keto chicken was ok. Chicken breast was ok but caused foul smelling flatulence & upset stomach whole night & next day. Meals delivered day before but wouldn't use them tomorrow or today. Don't even think about it before you think about it...

I have been ordering from these guys for almost 6 month. Food is great if u wan to eat very clean, Delivery is always on point and they haven't missed a beat with me. The lady (Rachel ) who answers to emails, is very nice and accommodating even though i had some annoying requests, she was still super nice . Thank you for your hard work and im sure i will be ordering from you guys for a very long time.

Incredibly awful experience with Muscle Chow. Multiple meals came in cracked containers so they went off. Dealing with customer service is painful and they will do everything they can to avoid giving a refund. When they sent the 10 meals (that we didn’t want, we wanted a refund) one of them had the plastic peeled back. I’ve been a customer for many years but their standards have slipped and will definitely not reorder or recommend to anyone.

Great meals with good portions and variation to stave off boredom. Incredibly convenient and well packaged. Client service is fantastic, which is hard to find these days.The quality of the mince does let the experience down however, and being a food provider I feel this weighs heavily.
