From 5 star to 1 terrible experience with Eliza in the Grey road store today 13/11/2022 very poor customer service I work in customer service myself also serving food a smile and a hello never goes astray very disappointing to see a sign on door asking please treat staff with respect perhaps your staff could take heed of that sign also

Love the steak and cheese pies. And of course a sticky cream bun or donut. And so affordable.

My wife went into coupland's this morning had her mask on scanned COVID app as required grabbed 5 pies went to the counter to pay for the pies the counter service woman asked to see my wife's VACCINE PASS my wife said I don't have one and the woman refuse to serve her and told her to get out of the shop disgusting humiliating service as on front door right side there is a sign that says (NO VACCINE PASS REQUIRED )SHAME ON YOU COUPLANDS GRAY ROAD.one of your staff are prejudice against none vax people and yes I the husband am fully vaccinated with the vaccine pass find this atrocious behaviour as all man and woman should be treated equally no matter what color there skin is or how they look include vaccinated or not. human rights are to be respected from all. our grandparents and great grandparents fought in both world war 1 and 2 for our freedom and rights not to be judged by hypocrites .

Wide Range of products, but most of them are too sweet. I didn't find any healthy items there. Everything taste almost the same. Expecting more delicious varieties.Pros: Easy to find productsEnough car parking space.Good range of frozen items.
