She has so much knowledge and does a great job informing me and keeping me ahead of the game when it comes to law changes, dates for these changes and tradies that do a good job for good prices. I came in an filled out an application for a lil cottage up selwyn road missed out on first viewing, so I emailed to book nxt viewing 2nd one cancelled so I booked another viewing then with in a day I recieved an email saying the rental had been rented..I'm very disappointed with the communication of Tremains Rental property Management. I'm looking for a 1bedroom home with a private back yard that's fenced an garaging, that would have been perfect. I'm renting a 2bdrm property at the moment, an hv for the last 9yrs Iv pride in keeping my home nice inside an out, with excellence references. So disappointed I missed out on a lovely lil property at the right rental price..All due to lack of communication.Regards Korina Staveley
