This review is related to servicing. First I was going to make a negative one. Hard to say why we had some misunderstanding in the beginning. But thanks to Nick Carter my issue was resolved. If I got it right these guys did more than it was supposed to be by a regular servicing.My 5 stars were definitely deserved. Thanks team.

Kevin Mancini was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond in taking us for a test drive and showing us the features of the car. The deal went smoothly without issues and handover of the car was an awesome experience.

Happy with how everything was done on time. BUT very shocked on their pricing. My 2 year old brand new car got the exact same yearly service for $550 last year in Wellington from Gazley another reputable Jeep dealer. Their pricing is puzzling for the same job to cost over $1150 which is more than double! Would love to know why the vast differences in cost and how they get to those figures.

When looking for parts, don't look on Google or Trademe, go straight to Mitsubishi, genuine parts, no fuss, hassle free. If they don't have it, they're order it in. Thanks Travis for getting the parts I needed. Bolt & locknut for my Evo VII.

Been a long serving customer of this branch and now not going there anymore. Recently had my outlander serviced and also a WOF. Got a huge fail on the WOF so had to fix a few things (that I can clearly see why it would fail so got them fixed) but other items quoted to be fixed were questionable (cut on seatbelt, lights are high, etc which would set me back $2000 based on their report) so I took that to VTNZ to get a second review and was surprised to get a pass for the WOF. I showed VTNZ the report from Andrew Simms and they said there is no cut on the seatbelt, lights are working fine and not high, etc. clearly they are ripping us off an am now not going to go there anymore. If you are looking for an honest feedback on your checks I recommend going to VTNZ.
