Awful experiences I have ever had in entire my life,what a horrible rude aggressive people they are.they made a wrong order and when my wife asked the owner either replacement to the correct order or refund they aggressively refused,young islander girl who took our order was so rude at me and my wife front of the owner and owner did absolutely nothing she was ready to punch me!!we left the wrong order at the counter and did not recieve refund too,basicaly we paid but no food and owner refused to refund or make a new right order.this is first time I have ever seen the place like that,owners don't care .im gonna take it further tho mezze Bazaar head office and commerce commission,you gonna loose your business if u gonna run like that,have some customer service training before opening the food business in nz

Finally kebab on fresh pita instead of the supermarket wraps/pockets nonsense. Great shawarma reminiscent of my time in Melbourne. Owner also makes amazing baklava.

Been there while ago and experienced sucha Horrible customer service, lady whom I ordered was so rude her English was like she's talking train lol then in the end she was telling me that I should listen carefully, she is very rude will never go again. the quality of food was disgusting. Another Covid night in Hamilton ,What to eat??Turkish? Yes thats the goThe lady behind the counter was just lovely, of course we both struggled to be understood because of the tooth fairies lack of understanding re face masks. Anywayordered what I wantedIt was absolutely delicious and beautifully dished up / displayed in a carry box.We are Turkish food fans and have been for years.We travel the country in our Caravan 6 months of each year,This was up there with the very best.
