Absolutely brilliant service. Early, professional, Tom went out of his way to find the part needed to fix the washing machine, on the same day. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend Dewars.

Dishwasher repair, booked by email on the Friday, asked for a specific day following week, had call back to book and time frame for the day i wanted. Paul showed up on time, fixed the immediate problem and provided quote for further works.. too easy. On time, gave a solution, admin team quick to reply, what more can you ask for? Thanks team :)

Outstanding business! From the advice over the phone to the service provided at home. Our 22 year old fridge needed repairs. We didn't know where to go and rang Dewars. Jo was superb and extremely helpful over the phone - provided timeframes for everything - product arrival timeframes from overseas, stock levels, costs, stockists, recommendations and another repairer with potentially shorter wait times. Super professional and friendly. Though we waited two weeks over Christmas and New Year for them to visit was worth it. Rhys and his trainee arrived, got straight to work and diagnosed within five minutes. They were smartly presented and clean - not your typical tradie, professional and again provided valuable advice. Very impressed with Dewars and their representatives. Will be calling them again for other jobs. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Their account service is very poor. We received an unpleasant payment request service from Dewar because we accidentally missed one single payment of $300+, even though we are returning royal customer. They don't even bother to chase up the payment by a simple phone call, and directly passed you to the credit consultant. We won't choose their service anymore, and not recommend them to others.

Gave me advice freely via email on which fridges/washer&dryers were good buys second hand, much appreciated.

Good courteous friendly efficient interactions. Prices seem quite high ($90 callout plus $22 per 15 minutes) but I'm no expert on other service people.

didnt show up the first day they said they'd come have a look at repairing the dryer. Second attempt technician showed up and looked at the dryer for 10-15 minutes and left saying it was fixed when it still wasn't spinning.
