Extremely rude and unprofessional service from a very nasty woman who appears to be called Phillipa at this pharmacy. She needs to get lessons on how to provide friendly customer service. Rudest retail experience I've come across.

A great pharmacy. Helpful advice to make sure I was getting the right product. Friendly service. Conveniently located. This sort of advice is why Unichem’s are so much better than Chemist Warehouse etc.

The staff here are continuously too busy to provide the same type of respectful and caring service, that I've received from many other pharmacies, who appear just as busy. I've returned here frequently due to it's location being convenient, but I will no longer do so. In today's world, it is so important that our healthcare providers, and services related to health are kind, and these people are not. Give your customers the time, care and respect they should get with the prices of your products.

A great pharmacy. Pharmacist was extremely helpful when we needed anti-viral medication following a positive RA test. As visitors from Australia and unfamiliar with NZ Health requirements her help was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Extremely unprofessional. I came to pick up a prescription, the lady at the counter told me that would be ready in 10 minutes. I waited for 35 then asked again and the lady said: would you like to have a coffee and come back? I waited for more 25 minutes until they got it ready. So disrespectful, they should inform at the beginning that would take so long.

This is my go to postshop because it is literally next to where i work. I have gone here for over a year and not once i have received good customer service or acknowledgement. Although a few times they greet lot older customers and i guess the brown girl is just another ....(nevermind) The ladies are either too busy standing around, chatting or not around to notice a waitline by the Postshop counter. A few times i had to go ask for service only to get told to wait with a massive frown as if they dont want to be asked. The only reason why i am giving 1 star is because of its convenient location next to my office or else no star at all (if only it was a thing).

Great pharmacy- however just got off a call with a staff member enquiring about corporate bookings for flu shots for the year- the phone manner came across as rude and condescending- so if you are planning on giving them a call make sure to go in with an open mind.
