Luxury Nails

I love this place. Been returning for the fabulous service for 10 months now. Nothing is ever to much trouble, and they always panda to my unique tastes. And the colour range to choose from...oh my.This is my Easter nails.

Disappointed, my cuticles got cut down so much they bleed all around one and most of another finger. I asked for a refund and was told the POS system wasn't working but I could come back tomorrow which I can't do. Offered a voucher but why would I go back after this experience. Won't be returning

Worst nail salon ever….I got SNS extensions ($75) and my nail broke within a week, when I went back, they said they will not refund but can fix it for me, but my nail was already in so much pain. I finally told them to remove the whole thing and they wanted to charge me. When I asked for the name of the person that did it, the “manager” refused to give it and said there is no point writing an email to complain as it will just go to her.Please don’t waste your time and money at this place!!!

My elderly mother and I had a pedicure and gel nail polish done today. We got really great service, they were so patient and kind to my Mum who enjoyed it so much. There was an awesome selection of nail colours and it was really relaxing in the massage chair.The technicians were really professional and gentle with our feet. We both loved the result and the whole treatment.

Yesterday I got a gel manicure and pedicure. I went through 3 lady’s while I was there, the second lady was horrible she had no clue what she was doing, I asked for a square shape and half of my nails ended up half coffin and the other half square, she also cut my nails when I told her I only want my nails shaped but even after cutting them they still ended up on an angle and uneven, she then leave to go into the lunch room for 10 mins then came back and started my French tips but never finished and walked away, and another lady came over and apologise for her behaviour and finished my nails off. I usually enjoy my experience at luxury nails, but this time I did not get my moneys worth

I went to the luxury nails in centre place Hamilton, the experience was far from luxury!It started to go badly when the lady couldn't remove my old gel extensions that had grown out. After about 45 minutes of trying she managed to pry them off but she lifted one of my natural nails and cut my finger with the clippers. I winced in pain several times and she just kind of awkwardly giggled. At this point I wanted to leave and not get my nails done but I had already paid the $100+ for the new set. They looked okay when she was finished. However, after just 9 days 2 of the nails popped off. I went back in and said I wasn't happy with that and she told me that they only last about 2 weeks... which is absolute B.S. I usually go to Galaxy nails and they NEVER EVER Come off and last a good 6-8 weeks if I'm lucky. The best she said she could do was glue them back on for me but I'd have to pay for her to do that. Instead I just glued them back on myself, but the rest of the nails all popped off before it had even been 2 weeks. I will never ever go here again and I wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone. It is over priced, unfriendly, and the quality of the service is sh!t.

I went to the centreplace store but I can't find them specifically on google so I am leaving my review here. I went in 10 days ago and got SNS and within 3 days they have chipped and look terrible, which is annoying because dip powder is supposed to last longer and I've had it done before (elsewhere) and it lasted a month. It's disappointing when you pay $65 and now I'll need to come in and get them removed which will cost as well.

On saturday I had my nails done by Luxury nails. Poor customer service. It took 2hours to get these done and they have already broken. Service was being interrupted by other clients instead of focusing on the current one at hand. Do not highly reccomend!
