Promised to deliver for specific time and date but never arrived. No call, no emails, webtracker does not work when i tried it. Calling their office is a mission. Always on voice mail.

Terrible service. Paid $95 for delivery. Told will be delivered between 9am-12pm. Text received at 11:26am saying it’s on its way, & nothing received. No contact details given to follow up either.

The worst freight company to deal with. They never deliver anywhere near the time estimated time they say they will, on more than one occasion not even on the same day. Why companies choose Fliway to deliver their products is beyond me.

5 stars for friendly service, 4 stars because it took a little longer to receive my order.I was told yesterday that the delivery hadn't arrived on the due date because the delivery truck had broken down. This is okay and understandable, but I wasn't notified about the delay. I had to ring up and find out this information.

Service at Palmerston North was great but delivery was urgent and meant to be overnight. Unfortunately items were left in Auckland depot for 4 days before being put on a truck to final Auckland destination.

Had a delivery booked between 9am and noon nothing turned up called at 2pm and was told they must be running alittle late and that they will message when they are 30m away was called at 445 and they said they were 1 minute away. Then they called again said there was a road closed sign so they weren't coming as they had to get to Harvey Norman and that they would have to come another day. Worst experience so far took the day off work.

My item has gone undelivered multiple times, after multiple bookings. I have spoken on the phone about it, and they didn't have an explanation for me. This is still not resolved, and I am tired of waiting around from their delivery window of 12pm to 5pm, for it not to arrive.

Absolutely disgusting service. They’ve had my delivery since the 13th December. First OFD was today I watched their driver drive past my house twice with no attempt at stopping now they’re closed. My mats to help me recover from a major operation have been sitting in their hands for a month.
