Aramex Central Otago

It should be illegal to offer such terrible customer service. No response to emails, no answer to phone calls. Is anyone actually at this depot? Can someone in Central Otago go over to this site and make sure everyone's okay? Are they asleep? Pick up the phone & do something about your horrendous customer service situation.

Have been waiting weeks for a parcel being delivered WITHIN New Zealand. Have submitted an enquiry through the website & also emailed but no follow up on either end for days now. Tried to call but no one picked up so had to leave a voice msg. Tracking shows my parcel arrived at the Queenstown depot (where I am based) & then was sent back to the Cromwell depot? Why?! Absolutely useless. At this rate I’m just praying my parcel arrives at all.

I don't even know where to start. Poor delivery times? Unable to answer the phone? Generic excuses, always saying It'll be there tomorrow

Such a poor service. A small parcel from Dunedin to Queenstown has taken 19days and counting. Missed Xmas and the tracking service has the parcel onboard the couriers vehicle from the 21st Dec and it hasn't been delivered a week later.No contact to explain or apologise. Miserable service.

Have found all of the staff super helpful. Teri and the team in Cromwell were a delight to deal with.

Worst courier company. Don't answer the phone. Rung me to tell me to pick up my parcel 1 hour away because it was too big. When I pushed them and told them I paid $250 to have it delivered, they said they could get Mainfreight to deliver it...Yea well that is what I paid for.

Worst courier company ever, I dread getting emails from oversea companies when receiving parcels that use FedEx because then it automatically comes through Aramex. The same as everyone, parcels sit for weeks at the depot with no way to contact the phone must be disconnected due to the amount of calls they will be getting from customers wondering where their items are. After paying for signed delivery my parcels worth over $1000 in clothing got left outside and stolen, the company I ordered through were very easy to deal with and gave me a refund but Aramex wouldn't take any accountability and sent a photo of my packages by my gate stating they delivered it (even though it had to be signed for BY ME) GO FIGURE. If I could give them a -5 star rating I would WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
