Was in for biab removal and received nail drill burn on most of my nails! Even when I was telling her it already hurts really bad and kept on pulling my fingers away, she still kept on going. Now my nails has dips on them almost touching the nail bed. The manager kept on checking on her while she’s doing my nails and correcting her, seemed to me that she’s a trainee. Once the manager took over - finishing my removal, the lady that was doing the service was gone before you know it. Didn’t day anything, went to the back and got her bag and just left. She looked really unhappy at her job, and I was very unlucky that she was assigned to me.

Amelia was knowledgeable, detail-oriented and professional. I appreciate her work because she was very meticulous and made sure that I was happy with the end result. Plus, she made me feel comfortable. Great value and service. I highly recommend.

Qiqi is amazing gave me the best ever nails a month ago.Came back and another person did them think maybe either she is new or had a bad day but every nail is different and seemed like she didn’t want to be there.But highly recommend Qiqi ( hope that’s how you spell her name)

Had gel spa manicure and pedicure. Wouldn’t go back as the gel is already peeling off 24 hrs later. The pedicure seats were grubby and quite a bit of hair down the sides of the seats. Really there should have been three coats of the nail colour as is patchy rather than uniform colour.

Disappointed with my toenails this time around. I didnt really notice properly until I got home. I found the person doing my toes kept looking at the clock, a couple of my toenails nails are not cut straight and cut quite close. There is also polish on my skin. It will be interesting to see how long the polish stays on for it wasnt my first choice of colour either, the first one wasnt any good. :-(.I was invited back to the Nail Salon and I would like to thank Lynn for her attentive care taken over my toenails this time around. It was certainly a more enjoyable experience and I am very happy with my toenails. Thank you ladies.

Had bridal nails here, and bride had toes done. My gel French tips looked fine, but were cracked and peeling within 24hrs, not acceptable for $82 nails! I sent a query requesting a remedy on their website and heard nothing back. The bride also had a normal polish pedicure which she sat drying for 45mins while I had my nails done, and her pedicure was banged and dented and a mess afterwards, not what you want on your wedding day. If they knew it wouldn’t dry within 45mins they should have advised bride to get gel toes. Can get nails and toes done better and cheaper elsewhere. We personally wouldn’t return.

Very busy little shop at the landing, newly opened offers 15% off all services. They do Meni and pedi, with normal polish, gel, and shellac to choose from. Professional services with brand new equipments. Disable toilet, disable entrance, disable car park nearby. They also offer repairs, 3-8$ depends on the nails. But you need to be extremely clear upon booking, such as whether or not you need gel removal, and what kind of nail art you are after, or they will book the next person back to back, not allowing any time gap between the appointments. Yuki did an excellent job on my spa pedi and meni, very detailed, I recommend her.

The salon is unimpressive.Rust running down the inside of the foot tub; uncomfortable seats for spa pedicure ; and a cheap and nasty back massager. I’d rather spend the money at the likes of Professionail.The staff were lovely just not their salon.Won’t be returning.

So happy with the nails I got for my weddingAcrylic with gel was quick and excellent quality . Adele constantly checked with me every step of the way if this met my expectations
