Tried phoning three times and after 1min the ph cuts off!!Went in to the office in Hereford Street to see that it is closed and have to make an appointment via internet. The internet site says it is open and closes at 4pm???Clean up your act DIA

I applied for my passport on the 10th of February 2022, I paid for the 10 day service, today 07.03.2022 I still have not received this. I have phoned the 0800 number, spending 2.5 hours over 3 calls waiting, nobody answered. I have emailed D.I.A and 5 days later no response. I went into the building on Hereford Street and the Manager was extremely rude, actually treating me as though I was an enemy. This has been a horrible, stressful process.

The website says the Office is open, so i was on my way to apply for passport in person. On arrival was a big notice that office is CLOSED!How disappointing and miss leading!

No appointment needed. Lovely staff, and a very informal and modern open plan client area. Park in the new Lichfield Street Car Park (free for first hour, cheap even if you stay longer) rather than the useriously expensive Wilson parking next door.

I have been on the phone waiting for 43 minutes for an answer to make an appointment still waiting as I am doing this review I understand we can't go into the office under covoid restrictions but with so many people out of work & working less hours maybe a couple more people on the phone its now46 mins 7 still waiting

The 0800 number just leaves you in a loop. You need to press 7 for an operator. There are no walk in appointments. Very disappointing. Rubbish service.

No one picks up phone and keeps on getting cut off have tried more than a few times
