Justin Vodane

When I attended Mr Vodane's clinic, I found him to be rude and condescending. I have a vision impairment and cannot drive. Mr Vodane addressed the person who accompanied me asking if he was my caregiver, which is an entirely inappropriate and condescending assumption to make; -- a health-care professional who believes that somehow an adult with a visual impairment would require a caregiver, rather than a guide or a support person. I addressed my concerns to Mr Vodane but he was not inclined to understand how inappropriate and belittling his unsolicited comment was. I made a complaint to the Health and Disability Commissioner, that complaint was upheld and Mr Vodane was required to provide me with a written apology, which he has done.. I am disappointed that he has since had the honest review I posted of his business removed, so i am providing it again to ensure others are aware of his conduct and can make judgments accordingly.

Justine is very professional. He has a great manner and work ethic. Very welcoming staff. 10 out of 10In my estimation.

Justin is a fantastic practitioner who goes the extra mile to understand his clients needs. He explains everything and has a great friendly disposition and empathy which is particularly important when you are in pain from an injury. Highly recommend Justin if you have neck or back problems to resolve.

My neck is back working again thank you to Justin, always on time and great service.
