I understand these reviews aren't actually taken serious by Kmart but I need to vent.Shopping with 4 year old grandson when he needed the toilet. On asking a staff member location of toilet she pointed me to the other side of the shop, got there and was then told it was out of order & has been for some time (days)So much for good customer service when a big store can't even provide a toiletWalked over to the Mall and did christmas shopping there instead!

Fun, affordable and some of the items are good quality for those prices

Always good. Wide range of products. Cheap, but practical and do the job. Especially like the children's clothing styles and prices. Wheelchair accessible. Even a good place to window shop" while killing time. :>)"

Lovely staff! I can't remember their name but the worker with short orange hair was so kind and helpful!

Was having a look at the pool noodles this evening with my friend, took them out and accidentally knocked over a few boxes. Of course, picked them up and put them back neatly. We were trying to find the price tag when a worker, a short elder woman with red hair, came up to us, aggressively told us to buy our items and “Get out!”, without trying to compensate with us/ learn that we weren’t acting childish. This was unprofessional, unnecessary and there was a lack of good customer service or even the plain action/thought of asking us if we need help with anything. I’ve been to many Kmarts around the country, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Me and my friends have always had bad experience with k mart we walk in with good expectations and walk out with bad feedback our friends were over at the ball section trying to buy one when this one specific worker walked up and said they had to leave the shop and couldn't come back for two weeks later that day me and my friend were in the moisture and got yelled at by that same worker saying we had to leave for standing around to long that was the same worker that kicked my friends out. Me and my other friend have had many other bad experiences with that same worker where she has stereotyped us followed us around the shop and much more like watching using the bathroom we don't think she should be a worker for k mart because that type of stuff isn't and shouldn't be used I mean we are only thirteen and are scared to walk into a shop because of a worker that harrases us every time come on k mart do better and please get that worker fired. Thirteen year old girls should be enjoying there life and not being scared to walk into a shop alone or with others. I understand the whole leaving your bag at the door because people steal and stealing is very bad but the service is very bad and workers shouldn't be harassing 13 year old girls that is just not good enough my dad is a cop and I will be telling him about that worker.

Has most stuff you want and it's air conditioned

Looking for a small tripod, couldn't find it and asked - two store assistants instantly went off and found it pronto and with a smile. You can't beat customer service at Kmart Richmond. We've always had our enquiries tended to diligently and helpfully.Kmart provides a wide range of home goods at exceptionally low prices. They have their own house brand (as seen in my photo) and these products are usually manufactured in China for Kmart.I rate the shopping experience at Kmart as very pleasant.
