Lost the car keys GWD yes we can fix this $12-1300 nec minit $1800 please we had problems. Finally drove the car at night last week and interior lights not working and bonnet won't open rung back hey guys you need to fix this wasn't like this before ok bring it back so did go to collect and $142 please broken wires in the a-pillar not caused by us and bonnet catches fail all the time you have to pay or we call the police. Other than that the experience was all positive

First service on my almost new vehicle was amazing. Recent service and wof was terrible. Realised they were busy but I took out 6 hours of my day without complaining whilst sitting in their lounge for two of those hours, limited communication with tyre replacement and my warrant of fitness sticker was not replaced and issued to another vehicle. I am unsure how such an error can occur. I will not be a returning customer.

Soooo took our rav in for a headlight replacement, was going to be covered by insurance.Got a call from gwd girl to say the damage wasent to the glass so our insurance may not cover , I rang insurance to ask and let them know the damagewas different from first thought.Get a call at 5 from gwd tart confirming not an insurance job, fair enough.Then get told cost is 414 and must pay on pickup. Explain I cant pay today so am rudely told the light will be being taken out again as has to be payment on pickup. No asking when I could pay or how I was going to pay!! Shop local yeah right!!!And I am a local and have been for 51 years.
