Fantastic, prompt, reliable service and friendly people who communicated expectations before and after the trip. Lovely ride, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a economic car that gives you bang for buck. I only had to pay $83 to fill up the car once before taking it back - and i drove to Kennedy Bay and back to Hamilton Airport, Kia ora Ingham Rentals your the bomb!!

Prices just can't be beaten... from the moment of searching online I thought this can't be right, this has to be a scam! But no the pricing was 100% genuine the next comparison rental company was near twice the price for an equivalent quote.The pick-up process took less than 2 minutes and received a brand new Triton with less than 1000ks on the clock. All the staff was superb from start to finish. These guys are gonna take the market by storm if they keep up these rates. Easy to organise and book the correct vehicle for our needs. Very helpful advice at pick up, including where to leave the vehicle and keys on return. Vehicle was a late model, clean and well prepared to be rented. Indeed we had a smooth, comfortable journey for six. Would happily recommend Ingham Rentals to prospective renters.

We hired a 7 seater for family visiting at Xmas from Ingham Rentals Hamilton.The whole process from booking online, pickup and drop-off was a breeze. Excellent service from staff and exceptional price.Would highly reccomend.

Ingham Rentals were accommodating, professional and friendly. Prices are some of the cheapest I have seen to date. Vehicles were clean & tidy and we highly recommend the Mercedes Sprinter van. So comfortable, large and heaps of storage. My children are 6'2 and we had elderly passengers. It accommodated for everyone. I was advised they will be having steps installed for comfort getting in and out. Economical as we drove to Waitangi and back to Hamilton for approx $130

This was the best rental van ever. No problems, very comfortable, good gas mileage and a great price. We had to rent another one when we flew to another Island, and it was terrible, we were so happy to get back to our good van. Thanks so much Ingham Rentals.

The team at Ingham's are brillant. Our personal car had a fault and left us stuck on the side of the road. A quick call to Inghams, they sorted a rental car and even came out and picked us up off the side of the road, saving us a trip in the tow truck. The Rental car was near new and perfect for what we wanted. Amazing service, great prices and they bend over backwards to help.

The car was exactly what I needed, clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Miscommunication where the car was parked at the airport, just told that the car was parked at the airport, when we couldn't find the car phoned the office and was told the exact location by the friendly staff, thought the $20 parking fee was a bit rough however what it is, is what it is. Yes I would use again.

My only issue was I was not informed clearly on how to return the car. I think perhaps they assumed I would know they would not be open and I would have to leave the key in a drop box, however I came away thinking they would be there to take the car from me. This was a source of stress for me because I had yet to get to the airport from the depot. It took me 40 minutes and a walk around to try cell #s of sales guys at the dealership because the 0800 number did not yield any response. The “drop box” is in an obscure place and there’s no indication that it’s a drop box. This should have been explained to me. If I get a response to this i will be happy to amend my rating to 5 stars. I’m very happy with everything else.

Recently rented a car from Ingham Rentals and the their staff was awesome. Very flexible and adjusted my pick-up dates according to my suitability. Will definitely hire a car from them next time.
