My first hair dresser here was great! Unfortunately when she left I ended up having two very so-so experiences after and felt it necessary to switch salons. The first so-so experience was them switching me to a new hair dresser Katie or Kate without letting me know. Surprised showing up to appointment that the person I made the appointment with was not going to get the person cutting my hair. On my second appointment with the new stylist she was running late, unfortunately no one called me to let me know and I spent literally 25 minutes sitting without a single person coming up to me to let me know what was going on, offer an apology, or even ask if I wanted some water. Then because she was rushed for the first time in my adult life, and I am in my 30s, I was extremely unhappy with my hair cut. After my first wash I noticed my new bangs, first in 5 years, were uneven and there were strands of hair still longer than the rest of my recently trimmed hair. Because of the couple of positive cuts and experienced I receive before this is why this is 3 stars and not 1.

I highly recommend Z and Co, this salon is absolutely beautiful and the wonderful team that works here are always so kind and professional, with a fun, uplifting vibe. I personally go to Rebekah because she is a exceptionally talented, confident and lovely professional. Rebekah always goes the extra mile to ensure I am happy with the outcome and not only ensures that I love the look of my hair, but has also exceeded my expectations managing to bring my hair into much better condition than when I initially arrived at the start of this year!

First time at this salon and I am very impressed with the service. My hair stylist Rebekah was lovely and gave me exactly the blonde that I have wanted. Definetly would recommend this salon and so happy with my hair, that I will be coming back ❤❤

The most beautiful space with some of the best service I’ve received ever. Went in for balayage (black hair) - I have had a negative experience in the past with patchy, uneven jobs which put me off colour for YEARS, however Ai worked some magic and created a beautiful end result! Can’t wait for my hair colouring adventure with you guys! 1000/10 recommend!

Z & Co fit me in at the last minute to do a hairstyle for a show I was doing later that day. The stylist was super friendly and keen to make the style look the way I wanted, and it was so cost effective - thanks so much for a lovely experience. :)

I ordered some extensions for my wedding online that never showed, with only 3 days untill my wedding I was so stressed!!! Called them up and they ordered and coloured extensions through them and they arrived in 1 day!!! Super nice people, they looked great perfect colour match

I had an appointment with Ai on Saturday and left so happy! She was great at communicating with me what she was doing & checking that it was what I wanted. She was also just super friendly and made me really comfortable- plus my hair looks amazing
