Rubbish facilities. I wont be back. I used these types of facilities in Perth, Brisbane, Auckland and Whangarei. This is the worst one Ive come across. Leaky hoses, water blaster wand also leaking, only three functions working. Whoever owns it needs to up the maintainance of the place. Shocking. The coin dispenser worked well though.

Very expensive, and you don't get much time to wash your car, you have to really rush to get the whole thing done before having to pay more. Some of the buttons were broken to so couldn't use all the washing features

Excellent location and facility. Somewhat disappointed in continuous requirement for maintenance. Not all wash functions working in some bays.

Just went to wash my car on a Saturday morning, turns out NONE of the bays work but it still takes your money! there were 3 other cars there all getting scammed too… rang the number 5 times and no answer, even the security camera company that was on the door said they aren’t even associated with them anymore?! I’m very frustrated and annoyed and I’ll be back when they are open if they ever actually are to have a word… seems like a scam and it’s right in the middle of the mount main road? DO NOT GO HERE ITS A SCAM

I had the interior of my car valet cleaned. Nicola did an absolutely superb job. The inside came up spotless. Nicola and Candice take pride in their work.I strongly recommend their interior and exterior cleaning and polishing.Amazing result. Thanks.

I put $20 in and the service was out of order - no water there were no visible signs and several customers had the same issue. I have attempted to contact the owner for a refund but without luck. $20 is expensive for a non service.

What's your excuse for a car that looks like it's been to Dakar and back? This place makes it easy to shine up your people mover. There's a change station to get coins for the pay machines. One of the settings didn't work on my spray gun which was a bit of a hassle, but everything else was good. You can vacuum your car here aswell since you're there anyway. Get in early as it's popular especially on the weekends

2 stars for the decently cheap prices, but the vacuum was pretty hopeless and one of the two wipes we bought didn't drop out of the machine

I went to wash world today and none of the facilities were working. Much like the comment below mine it took my money and nothing was working, I’m very disappointed.
