Was told someone would come at 730am. After another call at 745, was told someone on the way. No show by 1 hr so we phoned back, we would've been happy to wait if we knew what ws going on,but spoken to rudely by a lady called Amy with no customer service, didn't even think there was a problem to acknowledge, was rude to us. We've never ever had such encounter with any company like this. Would never recommended

Every other company I called was too busy - but Laser Plumbing was able to attend to our issue within approx 3 hours. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and the tradesman who came out was fantastic. Very good service all round

Laser Plumbing have helped us with all requirements around setting up a tiny house on our section, which included drain laying, connection to sewerage and problem solving how to make the sewerage setup work. They were knowledgable and helpful and when problems arose through no fault of theirs, they stepped up and found efficient and fast solutions. We will definitely use them again.

Great communication: received a call from the plumber to say approx. when he would arrive, was notified by the office straight away with a new booking date due to covid with a follow-up confirmation email. Very efficient, friendly and professional service.

The response to our issue was faster than expected on a Friday. Your tech, Simon Webber, supported by Clyde Andrews, resolved the problem quickly and completely. Then Clyde followed up by phone on Monday to ensure all was working as it should be. This was greatly appreciated and timely. Excellent customer service! Thank you.

Terrible customer service - I called this morning about a leaking shower, was told I be called back at 8am. Nothing. I called at 8:30am was told I’d be called back after the next call. It’s 12:50pm and nothing. Have used laser plumbing once before and they didn’t fix the problem the first or second time.. in fact problem is still a problem.Wouldn’t recommend.

After feeling disenchanted with my usual plumber that I'd used for over 10 years ( but under new management) I decided to give Laser Plumbing a try. Right from the get-go it was a great experience. The phone receptionist was polite, efficient and seemed very switched on. And great communication by everyone from the receptionist to the plumber who attended. I even received a text message half an hour before they arrived.

Great customer service. After ringing 5 emergency plumbers - Laser were the only ones able to help us out. They were at our house to do the job within 15 minutes of calling them. We are happy with the work done and would recommend them to anyone.
