Jim's Mowing (Maunu)

Writing a delayed review. As I feel people should know what they are potentially in for, if you using Jim's Manua franchise. I chose to use them, as have previously used one of Jims Auckland franchises and they were responsive and prompt with their services.Rang in early September to arrange for my elderly parents lawns to be mowed, the receptionist lady was pleasant to speak with. She said there was a delay and my parents wouldnt be seen for a quote until end of September...which we agreed to and provided my parents address, cell and landline number. My parents didnt recieve a call or text. I rang again that first week in October, the lady said someone would be in touch within the week...still havnt heard back. Thankfully my dad got his lawnmower working now

I got cla call from a service in my area. He was great, but so was the girl from the agency who connected us. She was warm and interested in why I could only pay via PayPal.
