We had been very happy with the service James provided to secure finance for our land and build. Unfortunately we had a change in personal circumstances part way through the process meaning our initial approval was no longer valid. We feel that James went above and beyond, at this point, to ensure we could still achieve our mortgage goal. We highly recommend the friendly and professional services that James provides.

I would highly recommend James and his team. He helped me purchase my first home in Wanaka and I still can't quite believe how smooth the process was. I had pretty tight time restraints once my offer was accepted to get my finances sorted and James worked above and beyond to help me.

James & the team at Mike Pero were instrumental for us getting our loan. We had no clue how to go about getting a mortgage or how to get our finances in order to present to the banks, or if it was even possible for us. James explained everything in detail, set some goals our & a plan for us and we followed his instructions. He then presented all of our finances to the bank and was able to get our pre-approval. He was always happy, friendly and it was no problem to answer our (many) questions along the way. Now a few months later we have a mortgage and a build underway. Super stoked, thanks team, we are very grateful to have you.
