The Warehouse Henderson West City

I often shop at this Warehouse branch, the prices are not as good as they used to be and getting assistance is almost impossible with very few actual humans available at the checkout can sometimes also be frustrating

Extremely disappointed with the service in this branch. I was in store with my toddler for 45 mins looking for an inflatable pool. Couldn’t find it but website and another store I’ve been to says they have 20 units. I asked 2 staff to help out as my toddler is getting impatient by this time but was told to check at the customer service which was closed! Asked the lady at the front to check stock for me and was told it was all in the pool display but I told them none was in there. She tried to call staff to help me but after some time she saidthat no one responded to her call so no one can help me but I saw 3 staff walking around the store! In the end I saw another staff on the floor and I insisted he comes with me to check as I was told the same thing- it’s in the pool display area. Lo and behold even the staff couldn’t find it because they’re all boxed on top of the shelf!The prices are also different- much higher than the other stores which has their systems sorted with the further reduction sale.

Very bad quality! Bought tea towels and washed them as directed. What came out of the washing machine was almost half of the original dimensions and looked horrible. It's very bad quality. I would certainly not recommend buying them. Had to go back to the store to get my money back. There wasn't even an excuse for my bad experience and it's not the first time I had to return something because of the poor quality. I'm not sure what's happening at The Warehouse. I used to buy a lot there, but the quality of many products has gone down from pretty good to really bad. I'm going elsewhere.

Happy with last two visits to The Warehouse. Unlike other shops they still have the old fashioned way of doing Laybuy instead of everything only being available online using a dumb app , you can actually try the clothes on first in the shop . I REALLY LOVE that about The Warehouse I can pay it off weekly or whenever it suits.have upto 3months to complete the payment they give you a paper receipt and no pressure or commitment , upto 3 months paying by cash or EFTPOS etc so definitely a BIG BONUS . Will definitely continue to shop here and use Laybuy ( over the counter ) to purchase items . More rewarding paying something off before you own it.

Nice big store but your serviced aisles are always closed and self service kiosks are card payment only, wth!? Room for improvement

I like to support NZ business but they do make it hard.Mother purchased a Fridge in Dec 22 in Mar 23 the Handle feel off while opening the fridge. Went back to the store and was advised that it was covered (CGA) and that a part would be ordered.3 weeks later went into the store and advise that the order had not been placed and that it would NOT be covered they would order the Part but she would have to pay for it. Was not advised what the cost of the Part is and would not Provide an email or records of the interaction for us to referenceWent on line and to their credit they responded with in 24 hour and Verified that the it would be covered and that the store would call us back.that was 2 weeks ago. My mother is 65year old and kind of needs a handle to open the fridge.This isn't acceptable. I'll be avoiding for any sort of whiteware or electronics as the warranty Consumer Guarantee Action evidently don't apply to this company.

When you go in, you see a bunch of staff ranging from 4-5 standing by the door talking and no one seems to at least give a greeting. They just stare at you at keep talking. Only 1 checkout is open with a staff member while the rest is self checkouts. Felt like I was entering a cemetery. The place is also a mess especially by the homeware and Manchester section.

Never any trollys at this location. You can't buy more then 1 or 2 items which you can carry. Very frustrating.

They've been alright the few times I've been in lately. The staff when you come in aren't very friendly, kind of just stare at you no hellos or anything. Stock is good and full most of the time.
