Where to start! So, I have been with Pro Beauty and the team for around 10 years now, and they just keep getting better. Orders are always promptly sent, and very rarely is something not quite right. The products they distribute are our fav's and they source great quality products that they have well and truly researched, so we know they're going to be of good quality.Good communication, phone is always answered and emails quickly replied to.Love this company and would be hard pressed to find a better one in this industry!Thanks team, and keep up the good work.Cheers, Tina and the team at Mabin House

I have seen the multiple, lengthy and detailed emails sent by Tania (below) and her multiple attempts to contact you, including calls regarding injuries sustained from the service. I think your reply is very disingenuous and attempts to abdicate/avoid responsibility and offload onto the client who had an awful experience. Maybe stop trying to sheild your reputation and respond to her with some resolution for what may be permanent scarring and subsequent unprofessional behaviour? You're lucky she hasn't spoken more publicly about her experience, injury and treatment after the fact. Shameful. Sort it out!
