CityFitness Hereford

Really good gym.Can be very busy at times especially around 5pm when everyone gets off work, but good range of equipment meaning you dont have to wait to long to use whatever equipment you need and the fees are reasonableReally easily accessible being right in the middle of the city centre. Would highly recommend if you live/work in the city centre.

The gym itself is ok, but the middle aged man that works there on weekday mornings has completely ruined the experience for me, and i won't be coming back. I (a woman) catch him looking at me, especially when bending over, etc., giving me creepy smiles, making any excuse to come over and tell me off for some nonsense (I've never seen him do this to men who do the same), and always ALWAYS no matter what time it is, cleaning the treadmill that I am on, and all the treadmills around me, but not the ones down the other side of the gym for some reason.

Good gym clean, tidy, good size and new equipments it has parking with is half price for members but you have to validate it at the counter in the gym.

Great range of fitness equipment. If you forget your headphones, don't worry theres good music playing 24/7. I usually go between 12-3 am in the early early morning and theres barely anyone there, its great. I really enjoy going to this gym.

One of my favourite city fitness locations in the city. My only complaint would be there is a lot of dust build up in and under the machines, and even between the gaps in the wooden benches in the changing room.

This is a really good gym but it really sucks that the team at the front desk never say hi or goodbye. I train in the afternoon and the brown hair blue eyed girl just hangs at the front desk with gym friends. Super unprofessional and unwelcoming especially when I go to other city fitnesses and get an warm welcome which goes a long way. It would be cool if you could at least greet the people coming into your gym.

I have only started going to the gym regularly after a very long time and I've found the staff helpful, no issues so far after a couple weeks. Plenty machines and spaced out nicely.

Fitness is good. Very clean and nice. Perfect location You can park your car 90mins for free. But it is very limited. (Only 5:30am~8:45am/4:00pm~9:00pm for free 90mins car park on monday to friday and weekends are all day free 90 mins free car park.) - I don’t recommend you come to cityfitness by car.If you go there by bike, you can park your bike on the level 1 of the car park.Now, they open fitness just up to 9:00pm. After 3 weeks, they open it 24hours.

Did the people working at the reception forget that part of their jobs are to be welcoming and say hello. There’s only one woman at reception that is always polite while the rest of them make you feel unwelcome and make you feel as if it’s a burden to ask them anything. Besides that it’s a great gym though. (Update: since spoken to the manager and apparently the receptionists don’t have to welcome people and their only job is to clean, not help people - quoted from the passive aggressive manager. Safe to say this is hopeless and nothing will change as the manager doesn’t believe it’s an issue despite many comments from gym goers contradicting her beliefs.)
