Absolutely a joke! Poor communication, emails un-answered, on hold for over a hour each call. No sweat to take the money but can’t hold their end of the deal and collect my greenwaste bin. Waited a month for first collection then they collect and surprise surprise too heavy to be lifted. So they leave it, again, and I’m told to empty some so they can take it on the next collection date. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Very poor, will not be continuing this service after this month.

They over charge massively for a service that is far below par compared to other service providers doing the same service.They do not actually listen to instructions from ex- customer about stopping the repeat invoices for payment due even thru they have been told the reason why the ex-customer is no longer willing to put up with their incompetence.Avoid waste management like the plague for domestic use, would rather give them a no star rating cause of bad they listen to a ex-customer, they were warned I would go to social media if another payment due invoice showed up, guess what they didn't listen!!!!

Unreliable pickup and impossible to reach onto reach on the phone. Waited 27 minutes and still didnt get through. Will be cancelling my contrct

Missed 3 pick up, can not get hold of on phone, nor by email. Very bad response. Seems like a large corporate that doesn't care about customers. We have removed our services with them

Missed collections and imposable to get ahold of, number of web enquiries sent and never heard back. Aside of driving to their office, you will not be able to get a hold of this company
