Very impressed. Dropped my I phone 6 in with a destroyed screen, 2 hours later repaired. Excellent prompt service, good value for money, would recommend.

This place was very unprofessional they told me they would be 2 hours with my phone and took a total of 6 hours I waited around as I live out of town, I missed out on a whole days work, I then argued that I wanted a discount for the very expensive pricing and because he fixed four other iPhone cause Samsung are more technical so it took longer he said, I had lost hundreds from not working that whole day and after a heated 15 minute argument he then gave me $50 off pricing which made it $275, after 2 days of having phone the backing broke in my life proof case this backing was a cheap rip off aftermarket part, ive then went back to the store to try get the issue resolved and he has refused his warranty and said he would no longer deal with me as a customer, I replaced back of phone at the shop on dee st was a better quality product by far!!! Much better to deal with i recommend them highly

Repaired samsung screen within the hour good fast service in that respect, but workmanship was substandard. Glue around edges of phone and the screen moved in and out when pressing buttons! Expensive service and the screen only lasted 2 months.? Had yet another replacement and screen glitched out yet again weeks later?. Approached staff member to find out why...they are just cheap Chinese Rip offs that are very fragile and aren't really fit for purpose. O.k if you wrap it in cotton wool all day long, but not fit for the kiwi lifestyle!. Don't bother replacing these are just absolute rubbish and staff are ignorant.

I was getting my screen fixed and it was not put on properly it has huge gaps in between the phon and the screen.They are dodgy af and this repair is not acceptable.They called me to tell me that the screen was in so they could repair it tomorrow and hung up a second later.They didn't even put in the right amount of glue to hold it in cheap scates.I'm conclusion do not get your phone fixed here they are disrespectful and don't fix your device properly

I’m that person that didn’t back up their iCloud and nearly lost all my photos. The team in the shop worked really hard to retrieve what they could.Really blown away with excellent customer service!No job is to big or to small!Would highly recommend!

2019. Took my iphone 6 plus in to have back camera fixed. Worked perfectly otherwise. Went back in specified time and it wasnt done. Waited some time longer ( I feel like at this stage the guy knew it had been broken). He then told me the indicator showed water damage and did I still want to go ahead. I said yes, as he confirmed the back camera was a simple procedure. Went back and my phone was blank and wouldn't work at all. He didn't offer to fix it and said that it wasnt covered because of the water damage. I left very unsatisfied - if I'd known this would happen I would have just used my front camera and left it as it was. It didn't help that the guy was quite rude about it. DO NOT GO HERE

Took my Opponent R 9 S plus. Needed a new battery went to two others and they couldn't help me. These two gentlemen helped me I provided the battery. ThanksBut there is a problem, I will call you.

Went in to Phone Zone to get the screen repaired on my partner's Huawei . I already paid a $75 deposit, but we got the wrong coloured screen (white instead of black). They said it'd take an hour, but when we got there, the person doing it said the battery was punctured, but it wasn't beforehand, only the screen was broken. He didn't originally even offer a refund, but after a while he did. Would not recommend anyone to deal with this place, they are dodgy as hell.

my phone's screen was broken, i took a new screen to the shop and i paid 75$ to him for changing screen，but when he finished the job，my phone's home button dosen't work，the stuff said that non of his business. There was nothing wrong with the home button before he change the screen，then i took my phone back, and i open it by myself，i found that he didn't install the phone's home button correctly. today i went to the shop again, try to communicate with him，he refused to accept all responsibility.so disgusting，Don't fix anything there！！！

Horrible experience. Went there to get my computer fixed, a worker there said he could fix it by restoring it to an earlier point or uninstalling a programme, instead he completely factory reset my computer losing all my documents! Charged $80, I confronted him about losing all my documents and not stating what he was going to do, he said he told me that would happen which is completely unture, he called me a liar and was rolling his eyes at me! Would never go back or recommend to anyone, very upsetting experience with rudeness that was not needed.
