Visited the first time a month ago with my husband and children at 1pm, I thought we might get some hot dogs and ice cream but were told we couldn’t order 5 hot dogs so we left, disappointed. I thought it was a one off experience so I asked my husband to take us there again for lunch 2 weeks later with the children and tried to order hot dogs again to be rudely told there’s no hot dogs and then the lady went onto explain how a hot dog is made and the process involved in making one, I didn’t even ask so I just walked away. Come on lady, it’s just a hot dog! Overall, terrible customer service and obviously from my experience nothing is ever available on the menu.

I don't usually write negative reviews but on this occasion I feel it's necessary. Although a good choice of ice cream and friendly service it's way overpriced. $6 for a single scoop in a plain cone, 60c if you wanted waffle cone and paper cup free!! The size of the single scoop was vert small - anywhere else this would have been sold as a kids scoop. A few licks and it was all over. We went to have a treat and came away very dissoppointed

The quality of the ice cream, milk shake and food was excellent at the above company. The service was magic as well. I fully recommend this business to everyone. Well done guy's we will be back. Brent

It’s the customer service that gets 5 stars .. I have been taking one of my clients here once a week. We both agree that the lovely girl who has beautiful eyes and great smile really make our ice cream experience the best. She always greets us so warmly and we love the ice cream! The boysenberry is to DIE for yum! Thank you

Good ice cream, albeit a bit pricey… Kind of expected the price based on the proximity to the beach though. Service was ok - the standard teenager service that you get at most ice cream shops :)

I noticed a comment regarding prices.Today- Monday arvo we bought 2 single scoop ice creams in plain cones costing $9. One good size scoop on plain cone for $4.50 is ok, I thought. We will be back as we really enjoyed them.
