Went here for a interview, didn't advance but realy nice people and ill definitely apply again

Worst delivery service I have EVER dealt with. Excuse after excuse to why the delivery couldn't happen, none of which were valid. Don't take time off work to wait for your delivery because they don't even show up.

Poor communication around delivery - took multiple contacts by myself and the selling company to get delivery. Missed delivery target by a good while even though it was in the local depot. Upon actual delivery, it was dropped off in great condition and both men were courteous

Very poor timing for dispatch, delivery and information provided over the phone. Have been waiting 3 weeks for a parcel, I was advised it had left Auckland, when it didn't. Then a week later got contacted informing my parcel will be delivered next day between 10am and 1pm. At 1.30pm called to follow up, and was told the driver forgot to put it into the truck. They stated it will be delivered later in the afternoon, but unsure what time. I postponed all the things I had to do on the day to be at home waiting for them, and still unsure if my items will arrive. Extremely disappointing and annoying.

Best customer service I have had in a long time. Phone call was made to organise delivery which was going above and beyond. When I said I’d pick up she organised the item to be ready straight away and even gave me directions to the depot. Lovely and helpful reception staff, super funny and friendly depot workers, great building. Staff even brought my item out to me and loaded it in to my vehicle. Too often staff only hear negatives, I hope the staff read this!

My package still hasns come in noone emailed or messaged a tracking number so idk where it is they said it will arrive today from 7-7 and rn its 8 54 pm and im not happy took a day off work just to be waiting for nothing not happy at all

I'm writing this review based on my only three experiences with this Mainfreight depot. First time they told me they couldn't deliver to my house because it didn't exist on Google maps. Go figure, new house, Google maps image three years old. Second time, I had to pick something up from the depot, receptionist was just rude and unhelpful. Third time, Mainfreight have had possession of my items for over ten days. Now they can't deliver because they've lost part of the order. Delivering items is their core business, so I wonder how they stay in business. Many of the reviews listed also suggest unsatisfactory experience. Even NZ Post delivers things more quickly!!! Change your processes and management and get someone who can ensure the job is done well all the time! Update, 1st March, 2018, expecting another delivery, told gym mats would be delivered and a time given, someone stayed home for delivery - nothing delivered, ring them, now they tell me they've lost my gym mats! Twice they've now lost stuff - terrible service for what is their core business!

Lost our consignment! Quickly identified who had taken it but we ended up with extra running around to recover it (due to time constraints before Xmas). The team was helpful & apologetic.

Paid 31st January Palmerston North to Auckland and still not delivered! According to tracking arrived Auckland 17th Feb but tracking still says not delivered! What sort of service is this?
