Welcome to Shorecare Pharmacy! | Shorecare is a fabulous, friendly Community Pharmacy based on the North Shore of Auckland. We are open EVERY day of the year - even Christmas Day! and we have the longest hours, open from 8.30 in the morning (8am on public holidays and weekends), until 11pm at night. Close to the 24-hour Shorecare Urgent Medical Clinic, Dentists, Physio, Horizon Radiology and North Shore Hospital, we have a busy dispensary, wide range products for all health needs!

RE LATE AFTER HOURS SURCHARGE. WARNING.I don't have any issues with the staff and they all seem lovely. I've been here many a time. No qualms. I am also not a regular reviewer but when I come to pick up a prescription after my partners surgery during opening hours and am told that there will be an $8 SURCHARGE on every item, including paracetamol, plus the fact that the surcharges will cost more than the 4 items themselves, something has to give when it comes to greed and price gouging. This is to increase awareness and to hopefully prompt a reversal of this policy. I ended up going to Glenfield. Seemed much more sensible.

went there to collect antibiotic for my child, told me to give 3.7mls per dose, but didn't supply any measurering tools. At the end, charged $2 for a 5ml syringe. I won't go again.

We got my son’s cream this pharmacy and that was expired and likely my husband checked the dates was expired what the heck and that was so fast to give to us and my husband call them and they said only last one have left in a storeThank you

Only pharmacy on the shore opens until late-very convenient for emergency visits. All staff are friendly and very knowledgeable! In particular I found pharmacist Sandra and Julie exceptionally good- if you want expert health advice I would ask for them!!

Couldn't have asked for better service from Julie and the entire staff. Everyone was very welcoming making sure I was well looked after and helping with making decisions on what I needed. They explained to me the choices, medicines etc and I left much happier knowing I was looked after. Thank you!!!And very convenient for a late night pharmacy on the shore too

Had an awesome experience at this pharmacy. Staff were all lovely, went the extra mile to give me the right care and advice I needed. Pharmacist was so knowledgeable! Would definitely be coming here more often!

I had the most bizarre experience here today, arrived to grab a couple of things, walked in and was left without being acknowledged for 5 minutes while standing at make shift counter while the pharmacists worked away. Not the first time the staff have been short and rude, perhaps related to workforce shortages but a simple “hello” or “we’ll be with you in a moment” wouldn’t go astray. I had to move to the front of the store to get any attention.
