Bed Bath & Beyond Henderson

Excellent customer service from Alssya this afternoon, very helpful and friendly. Nothing we asked was to much trouble for her. Took the time to call me just after we left the store to make us aware that the duvet cover i was looking at was on special. Hence due to this call went back and purchased it. This is going the extra step for the customer and the kinda of service that is lacking in other shops.

The customer service here is absolutely shocking, my nana came in this morning on Tuesday the 9th of Feb qnd the lady who was working was not willing to help her with her queries at all. The lady had a rude tone and was being rude without any reason towards my nan. To the henderson branch of bed bath and beyond, please sort your staff out as some of them do not know basic human decency. The lady who served my nana had short, black hair, didn't get her name though.Instead of this lady helping my nana with her queries she just told her to go to the st.Luke's branch.

Has moved from the mall and is now situated near the kmart. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Well presented tidy store.

I went to the store 2 weeks ago on a Monday......I hadn't realized it was few min before the closing time....but the doors where already locked...when I peeked in a lady opened the door and very rudely said to me ...I have 4 min to shop...no greeting nothing anyway I went in to buy a comforter....I asked the lady about the comforter and she said oh she does not know anything about the comforters as she only uses duvets...how do u work in a place and know nothing about the products u sell...it seemed like they just want to get rid of me. I went to the counter to pay with the humm app but there seemed like there was a problem with the app...I asked for assistance and they said can't help as they don't knw how to use the app....well I payed for my stuff with my debit card and left. I really feel disappointed with the customer service. I don't appreciate being treated in that manner. I most definitely won't be shopping at that branch ever again. Please teach ur staff to be more polite .

You might want to sort out the store manager at Henderson Branch. Called the office line to query about a early pick up if possible providing proof I purchased online. However I was told to cancel my order and come to the store to make the purchase but in a not so friendly tone. I just wanted a simple YES or NO answer.

Walked in. No customer service. Old lady just frowning at me. I had to say hi first but still no customer service.

I would like to send a huge thank you to BB&B Henderson, one person in particular and that is Antoinette, she along with all the other girls in the store have been such a wonderful help and support for me while furnishing my newly purchased apartment. Such great customer service here. Purchased some pjs, slippers & robe for winter as they always have the best quality

The staff are amazing. Always very helpful. They can check on the computer to see if another store has stock should the store you are shopping in doesn't have the size you need. Thumb up girls for all your kind customer service.
