It's really amazing Spark at Commercial Bay only downside is Staff at Commercial Bay Spark does not like customers (will look at you but will come and ask if we need something (I was waiting to pay my bill by the computer (all the staff was just talking) please get people who likes to do customer service) anyways it's a amazing shop.

Just went to buy a new iPhone 14 pro. Dealt with George and amazing service honestly. Took around 15 min and he got it all done. Been a spark customer since 2016 and never had any issues. Amazing :)

Don’t buy anything at this shop. Now I understand why it’s always empty with all the staff chatting and bored. They offer very bad service.I bought a helmet with speakers there less than a month ago. In a week of use, one of the strips fell. The product is very expensive but not very good quality.I went there to return or exchange for another one and the manager said unbelievable things: “I can’t do anything about it because it’s physical damage”, “that’s why we don’t sell this product anymore”, “you insisted to buy it”, “you were the only one who bought the product”. Where in the world it’s my fault to buy a bad quality product? The store is sold me a product the got damaged by nothing. If I had crashed with the helmet, it would be destroyed, not only with lose stripe! I always believe problems can happen but they we deal with it makes a lot of difference. Spark service is bad, Spark stores have a terrible service and this one at Commercial Bay os the worse.

I was served yesterday by a young part-time worker called Abdullah. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was very considerate and patient in dealing with me, an over-eighty year-old woman with limited technical expertise. He helped me with my immediate problem (a broken modem), but also guided me through the next stage of getting connected to the Internet, and then switching from fibre to wireless. I am so grateful. Great shop, setting, well located and we'll presented. Amazing store setup with very well presented products and modern concept store.Service alround not compatible and disappointing not to say below what the shops physical standard make us think from the outside.

The staff was friendly and professional. And they fixed the problem which is systematic. You will have to buy a package otherwise your credits will be used at a casual rate and gone in 60 seconds.

Customer service is poor. We went there on sat, was told claim agent is only working mon to fri until 7PM. Which we obliged.Following Monday we went again around 530pm, but was told it is only until 5pm not 7pm. The same staff told us and didnt even offer apologies.Tuesday, we called first and spoken to John" (not sure if it is false name) was told we can try before 1pm. Told him

Was looked after by ayoung lady called Joy. Kudos to a friendly, helpful and patient young lady, who helped me through all that I requested and with patience and tolerance.
