Had an oil change and service . .I was early for my appointment as I had travelled from a distance , but they didn't keep me waiting ,they started straight away. Very pleasant and helpful staff . Also very busy .It was a cold day and I waited in the office , they offered to turn a heater on for me and also offered my wee dog a drink of water . I was happy with the work and pricing was reasonable. Even tho' it means I have to travel a distance , I would be more than happy to take my vehicle there again .Altogether I was pleased with my experience and would recommend .

Mat and I totally recomend these guys. We have a 1954 bus that needed the back brakes sorting out. They took the time to work out what was wrong and then fixed it. All right on Christmas time amd squeezed us in. All at a very reasonable price. Thamk you Chris and Hunter. Excellent AAA + service

Put a lot extra on true price of parts. Told me I needed parts that were actually not needed. Will never trust this business again.

in the past 2 weeks i have had to have work done on 3 vehicles( they say i happens in 3's) i was recommended to Chris and the guys and they did not disappoint. Chris communications skill are great for his business, he contacted me through-out the work being done giving me options and estimates keeping me up with what was happening, and i was very impressed with the quality of work completed. i can now say i have a new mechanic..i would highly recommend Northern Automotive T&T to anyone looking for a great job done. Do not use this place for a cof he hate’s motorhomes and fails them go to VTNZ no problemSo many other people having same problem

Chris went out of his way to help me with an electrical problem in my motorhome which turned out to be really simple to fix. He dropped what he was doing to look at it on the spot for me as I was in a hurry. Polite, friendly and professional, I highly recommend these guys.

On my way from Bay Of Islands to Katikati, we started having fuel system issues with my Mazda Bounty Ute. Found Northern automotive online who were hardly 5 minutes away. I left a message and Chris got back to me around 8:00 on Saturday night. Being to late in the evening to do anything Chris called me back Sunday morning. He got mechanic Shawn over to take a look. There was a call out fee and minimum charge but I thought it about right for being a Sunday. Discovered we needed a new part so took until Monday to resolve the issue and fix vehicle. The Ute is now running better than it has in quite some time.Great communication, friendly and all round awesome service from these professionals. Happy with what it cost too. If you have a vehicle in need of work, feel confident it will be in excellent care.
