We had the BEST experience at Little India on New Years Eve! The service was incredible, the staff were friendly and funny and we felt like part of the family. The food was impeccable - best Mango Lassi and Samosas I’ve ever tasted. So pleased we chose Little India for New Years Eve, it was a great start to our evening! Thank you!

Usually buy from Little India in Christchurch, but was in Dunedin for the weekend so brought takeaways from this Dunedin store as hubbie and I really enjoy our indian cuisine.The flavour was awesome but the portion sizes weren't. I counted about 8 small pieces of chicken in my chicken masala and neither the rice or the masala dishes were full.I think for what we paid for it, we were a bit ripped off.Definitely not the same standard as what we enjoy from the Christchurch restaurant. They need to address this as it's a bit of a Rip off. On a positive note, the staff very friendly though and the restaurant was clean.

I was in the mood for spicy food. 1-100% spicy scale, it's was a one. It was pointless to be asked if I wanted my meal spicy. If I'm in the mood for delicious but very mild food, I would definitely return.

Our group had a great time at Little India. We ordered mostly Vegetarian/Vegan meals. The curries were top standard, naan was delicious and the service was so helpful and friendly. Would love to return when back in Dunedin.

I usually eat from Little India in Rolleston and was in Dunedin for business and thought I would try the local restaurant and I wasn't disappointed, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was quiet and very pleasant and the food was amazing and served quickly. I will definitely be back when I am in Dunedin again. Thank you Little India.

The food and service was wonderful, and we had a delightful evening in the restaurant. Our server was chatty and checked in on us consistently throughout the meal. Would 100% come here again!
