Awesome place for family and friends to get fresh air in the middle of the city, Take a picnic and admire its beauty if you walk around the lake. The kids will love the Adventures to be had at the Awesome park aswell.

Lovely walk around the lake, very peaceful not too crowded - scenery changes as well!There are lots of different species of ducks to see and a few different playgrounds around the lake for children.

I’ve walked around this lake almost weekly for the last year. Lots of activity on the weekends, but usually quiet come evening. Beautiful sunsets and wildlife. Good place to unwind, without needing to travel far from the city.
