Disappointed with their passport photo service. I asked for both soft and hard copy of the passport photo. Got charged $5 extra for the soft copy. When I received the soft copy of the photo, I explained I was unhappy with the photo. The owner said he would re-take the photo, but when I got there, he only said he would re-charge me for the service since he has already printed the hard copy.No empathy for the customer. A passport photo will last 10 years, the cost of the service is probably less than a dollar! Won’t go back again.

Very bad service, they charge us first and then deliver very bad quality work. We paid for 2 mugs and they printed the images without even confirming how small they look. First they told us they'll show us how it will look and still they went ahead and printed without confirmation. Didnt even refund us or gave a discount for the bad job. Do not reccomendNew Update: you told us all the information after printing the mugs. Not before

I wasn't happy with the printing of my image as it had a white line in it which wasn't on the image, (I got it printed down the road with no problems) I was still charged even though I didn't want the image and didn't take it very disappointing..
