Hi Rajesh,I did receive your several request to justify my 2 star rating that was left 3 months back please read belowI approached you for few of printing jobs viz: Menu and 6 mounted poster and if you do remember when you quoted me the price for the poster's I showed you the competitor price( In Good faith I wont name here, but you know very well) which was half of your quote but you explained that you will provide a black frame around it as I was after the black one since the other competitor just had white frame and the quality will be betterBut when it got delivered it was without any frames it was just a basic mounted poster as per the pic below which would have been less than half your price for which I communicated to you and you said you will fix which happened.I understand you all have a big business and big jobs so loosing orders from small businesses like us wont matter to your company.Secondly, please look at the picture for the condition of the menu that you had printed in less than 2 months even after after using sparingly.I gave you 2 star as you did provide me with 100 business card for free and you as a person was easy to deal with while communicating at initial stage.I hope this helps you.Thanks,Rahul.
