What an amazing experience, first time in the shop. Very professional and extremely helpful. Staff member Lou listened to and explained to us the different opinions we can go with. We left with a great list to kit out our bathroom. Can't wait to see it all together. Definitely will come back and recommend this store to anyone redoing or adding a new bathroom.

One of the best customer experiences in my life. Bought 2 taps online, but had an issue with one of the taps. Got responded to very quickly, a replacement part was sent the same day, and it was all fixed within a couple of days. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Was served by Brian today at plumbing world Lower Hutt. I asked for a measured piece of pipe to which he guessed to the length...and then overcharged for it. His duty of care to his profession was poor and unacceptable. During the transaction he made no attempt to offer a tax receipt because he was too interested in the rugby scores table behind the counter. Real bad look. Find new employees plumbing world. I won't go back again due to total lack of service.
