Then now we have the product working we LOVE it - making life a lot easier for the whole team. Worst company ever. The connection is good. Nothing special though. Also more expensive for the same type of service as others. Beware as they're not members of any Consumer Protection schemes (as TDR) so any dodgy invoices they sent to you should be directly dealed with through the Commerce Commission, which is a nuisance. The support is also takes few days to respond (+48hs) and there's no appropriate user dashboard or urgent contact form. Avoid, as there's plenty of similar services from other providers at better price. We initially signed with Unlimited Internet which was good. This new company which keeps changing owners from Australian to NZ owned businesses is just bad.

I have always received very professional, friendly and fast service with Voyager. Never had any issue with their product. Just recently dealt with Sanjay and Andrew who both deserve commendations. Very nice people to deal with, always! I highly recommend Voyager to everyone who has access to their services. You will not regret it at all.

It took almost 2 years, 113 emails and 3 onsite visits to finally get Voyager to acknowledge that it was settings at their end that caused the internet problems with my clients site. Voyager wouldn't even offer a loyalty discount or grace me with an explanation. I'm absolutely disgusted by this. We should have just changed ISP's at the start. This is why there's no loyalty in the industry in NZ.Edit: Got a call today offering some account credit and a full explaination.

Our Dedicated Server supplier was sold to Voyager. Today we received an email stating that our customer portal was going to be deactivated the same afternoon the email was sent. I attempted to log into the portal within 5 mins of the email being sent, and found that it was already deactivated. I needed to log in to retrieve billing data due to some errors that were made to ensure we had an a proper audit trail, along with retrieving server credentials etc. I contacted Voyager and was told to get in touch with the old business. The old business is no longer !! Poor customer service.

Wow, after over 5 years of being a customer, I have requested to move my service to a new house. I was told by Jayson (No surname) that I would not be able to stay on my current plan as they no longer service the $69 per month and I would now have to upgrade to the $89. I was told that if I don't accept the new pricing, I would have to cancel, WOW, sterling service guys!! This is the worst service experience I have had in New Zealand. Please can a service manager contact me and I might consider changing my stance on this.

We have just joined this company and were promised many things, but the service has been poor, once we signed up things changed. They had a bug in the phones which cut off calls to our customers without the chance to get a number, we couldn't transfer calls, we had to wait on the line while they fixed the problem each time, sometimes taking up to 1.5 hours, they had no real fix for 4 weeks so we had to wait, making many calls and very frustrated, I asked for a credit they thought $80 was generous, with our time and the ongoing issues as well as customers being inconvenienced it is a VERY POOR response from them. Trustpower were unable to activate a port 2 connection on my home ONT as there was a business using port 1.I spoke with Patrick at Voyager who assured me they could get the job done, happy to say I was live the next day. He was very informative and assured me that BFB, which was great to know.Haroon from the help desk was an excellent help when I had trouble connecting my router.Overall a great experience, Highly recommend Voyager!

Been with the company for over 10 years as it went through I believe 3 acquisitions from when the original company was Unlimited broadband.Use to be competitive in the market. Dropped the ball severely this year. My monthly fibre went from $84 to a whopping $120.I called and the customer service, which was pretty poor about not worrying if I left. So I did!!Won't ever go back and frankly will not recommend this company to anyone I know.Just another company only looking for new clients and not worried about existing. So be aware.
