On 27.04.2020 I slipped on Red Beach rocks. Stephen and Amy came out over the rocks, guided me back to the ambulance, checked me over and took me to North Shore hospital, where I was kept in overnight for observation and various tests. The service I received from these two people could not be bettered, very professional and caring and a credit to St. John Ambulance service.

On the night of May 24th (early hours of May 25th 0400) of this year I was staying with my parents at Evelyn Page retirement village. My dad awoke to extreme pain and we called the ambulance right away. The Paramedics were amazing, they were so attentive to my dad, they demonstrated competence and knowledge with their job and they also showed empathy as he was in so much pain. I was so impressed with the care he received and they efficiently whisked him off the North Shore hospital - not before giving me directions there (as I live overseas). What a great team - I wish I could remember their names (two males) - but if you check the schedule for that night you will be able to identify them. All I can say is thank you so much for the great care and concern you showed my dad when he most needed it. THANK YOU ST JOHNS AMBULANCE!!

I want to thank the two St John's Ambulance paramedics who came and took mum to Hospice. Their professionalism was incredible, as well as the empathy and dignity they treated mum with. They helped make her transfer as painless as possible under the circumstances and I am incredibly grateful for that.
