Took a saw in, was told the on/off switch was broken and it needed a carburetor kit. Waited longer than originally told, got the saw, cut two branches then saw would no longer start. Napier Stihl got the saw, tried to start it, plugged it in and diagnosed the real problem in 5 minutes. Absolutely terrible that they don't even use the Stihl diagnostic software. Had multiple problems in the past with this store, completely unwilling to accept any fault on their part and nearly lost a job because of it, only considered using them as it had a new owner but still has the same mechanic. Clearly not competent. Waste of $280 and won't be going back.
