Shocking service - today i called in to see why an item i paid for overnight had not been sent - the women on the phone basically said tough luck. I asked why do they charge for an overnight courier and she said cause they can and can not guarantee that service - i asked again then why charge the price if you can not provide the service - again i was told tough luck - absolutely shocking service - the women should not be in customer service if anything she should be fire.

This is a high quality locally run store. If you want cheap cards then yes The Warehouse or the $2 shop are cheaper but if you want something special or that looks like you have put in that extra bit of thought then this is the place. Also acts as a post shop. Cute kids stuff, books, gifts and calendars as well.

Who is the lady with the Pam Ayers hairdo? Needs to do customer service 101. Hope she isn't the owner. Poor ability to relate to customers.

My experience was similar to the negative reviews in the last 3-12 months. Zero concept of customer service, I asked why I wasn’t given the correct postage/custom information the first time, it was apparently my fault. The person in front of me paid considerably more than the should have to post a calendar. These people shouldn’t be in customer facing roles. They simply do not have that skill set. I will never be back and will be giving that advice to my friends. This is the first review I have written in 10 years, so it’s got to be bad for me to take the time to write. Go to Miramar ,they are great and know what they are doing.

They have lots of extra things you won't find at a normal post shop, but they are so crowded it's hard to move around without feeling like you're going to knock things over or knock someone down! That said, the wide variety of books, cards, and gift wrap made it easy to get everything we were looking for in one place

Terrible will definitely not go back..intimidating etc.. 3 other customers in the same week had the same experience and wont be back either and will be taking it further bout the abuse.you get in the shop from behind the counter.

I had bad service two days ago when asked What My Problem Is by your staff member when I merely asked for some service to pay for the envelope. It was inappropriate. And, your comments on this review show you also don't seem to know the first thing about customer service. You may like to use the standard reply in future which is i hear you had a frustrating experience
