Went in to have my fringe cut and the hairdresser made a really poor job of it. I noticed after I washed it so went back to have it fixed. No one apologised for mess, not the hairdresser or receptionist, very unprofessional.

I visit that place today i got very bad experience. While she was doing my eyebrows she was telling me we will charge you $8 because eyebrows growth is too much . She was really disappointed ☹️ me and her customer skills was zero. She was so rude with me and done my eyebrows shape totally wrong. If you can't do your work properly then stay home.

Unfortunately this wasn't a good experience for me.. I produced my vaccine pass and the only photo ID I was carrying which had my photo and name printed on it in English but the owner wasn't having it. I kno its not his rules but im clearly vaccinated by what I showed him and the ID I used ive even used in my bank. I managed to find a photo of my passport in my phone after this embarrassing exchange so he let me in.. I would have left if I didn't need a trim so much after 4 months! once inside the hairdresser I usually see had not had a break all day as she was the only staff on. Sadly what I asked for was nothing like I got. I only wanted a trim and ended up with a Dora the Explorer bob cut..not cool at all! I won't be going back here and I don't recommend this place after this double whammy disappointment. Use logic during this trying time we are all in!!

I recently had my eye brows threaded, but the experience was not pleasant; there is a large mark just above my eye lid where they burned it (because of waxing) Every unsatisfactory service

Doesn’t even look like they have been threaded, I also got tint where she gave me massive eyebrows outside of my normal shape. When asked to fix she said she was done. Horrible experience considering I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and had no problems, will not return.

Went here to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. They waxed over the same areas twice and threaded the left over hair - or so that’s what I thought. I had this horrible burning pain afterwards and I thought my skin was just sensitive. Until a few hours later when there were marks on my upper lip and eyelids from the wax. They literally RIPPED off my skin and now I’m left with scabs that will probably scar forever. On top of that, they didn’t even get all my stray eyebrow hairs.. I went and plucked them at home. Literally the worst place in Manukau ever, you’re better off going to Sisters or Beauty Club or even going down to Papatoetoe for better service.

The wait time wasn't bad, however I am very disappointed at the service I was given and the aftermath. I asked for a standard trim with long curtain bangs to allow my hair to be structured according to my face shape. The lady was nice however not impressed with her job. I tried brushing it off as I don't normally go to hairdressers but coming home and looking at my hair along with showing my friends it's disgusting. I have lost all trust in my hair and growth. My hair has continued to fall drastically ever since coming back. My hair is burnt from the straightener used. It's uneven, the curtain bangs" is not even a standard curtain bang and the back is just horrendous."

The talkative girl did my upper lips by wax and burned my skin and not just that peeled off my skin. I’m never going there back

Asked them how much for eyebrow waxing, she said $6 to $8. I asked why their price isn’t certain, she says it depends if you have more hair on eyebrows. I’ve literally just plugged my eyebrows at home before coming because I want to get the clean wax look. And she charged me $8 for it when I paid and I still looked in the mirror and looked like nothing was done. Still alot of hair and mess. Also charged extra $6 for upper lip only and $6 for chin. Expensive and you’ll still come back with the same face you had when you went in sadly. Wouldn’t recommend.
