Very bad mannered female senior in charge (40ish) told me to move aside while I was checking the sizes at the cashier. She said impolitly to me that she had to get the payment to go through for the people behind me in the queue. I was at the front of the queue and her staff was servicing me. The young guy (her staff) was nice and patient. I bought at least 7 shirts at last.

They don’t pay enough attention to their customers. They’d rather gist with each other and talk about their hobbies. They also bungled my pants after paying for adjustment. 2 stars is for good quality clothing.

Went to buy a jacket on 03/12 , price of the jacket was $399 but it had a 40% off ticket over it. Went to pay and the girl said that they can not match the price because it was the price for yesterdays promotion. I asked if she can talk to her manager regarding a price match, but was told she said no..quite disappointing as I usually shop here. Pretty sure this is against the fair trading act too.

Great experience! Amazing service from Max, who helped my partner decide on a head to toe outfit for his birthday. He was very informative regarding how to wear linens etc and went above and beyond helping us find the right sizes. Thanks Max and Barkers staff!

Fantastic experience with Jake. He took his time explaining things to me and getting me looking nice and sharp for an upcoming wedding. his recommendations and advice were on the money. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I'm a salesperson myself so I understand the tricks of the trade and I was pleasantly surprised to have a genuine purchasing experience when I knew nothing about the product range. I will be back. Exceptional service and very good range. Terry helped me out with choosing clothes and threw in some great options I wouldn’t have normally considered. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Superb service and all kudos to Terry. Definitely my go-to clothing store.

Just wanted to share the awesome customer service that we had today at the Barkers in Albany. Sam took his time with us showing us sizes and styles and was very knowledgeable about each item. I've been through a couple of Barkers stores and the oh-some customer service. But the customer service in Barkers Albany was so AWESOME!Me and my mate are looking for shirts and trousers, and Cholae was soooooooooooooooo welcoming, patient, and extremely helpful with all our queries.
