Usually we are satisfied with the experience here however last nights meal was very disappointing. Part of the order was two Strawberry thickshakes. One had barely any flavour at all and those straws might be ok for soft drinks but it is a real workout trying to drink a thick shake out of them. The wrap I ordered was stuck to the wrapping and had an odd texture. Quality control is seriously lacking!

A bit small interiorly for an area that's getting bigger and busier. Definitely try avoid rush hour if you want to eat in and there is more then 2 of you.Drive through is great, very efficient .

I was sober driver late at night with some intoxicated passengers. The person serving just wrote the whole car load of us off and was extremely rude. Made a silly voice and basically threw our food at me. I had done nothing wrong and was polite the entire time.

I was Cold, Tired & Hungry.Pulled in here for a break & lunch. Great warmly by Nicola.Great Meal & Hot Chocolate & as Nicola was leaving the premises on her lunch break I presume she glanced over at me sitting in the sunny & warm front window & said enjoy your meal".Thank you Nicola.Warmed up

Whether they were short staffed or plain forgetful, I had to go back up a few times to collect on some of our order. My kids and I had just flown into Christchurch, picked up our rental and on our way to Dunedin, so we stopped into this maccas for breakfast in Rolleston.We ordered on the self-serve kiosk and waited for our order as we requested table service. The young lady bought our order over and we thanked her for her service. As we looked through our order on the tray I noticed a few things were missing and luckily the receipt was there so I checked our order.I walked back up with the receipt to the counter and said I never got my hash brown, the young lady replied and apologized for that which I accepted and put it down to a common mistake.Then my daughter said she didn't get her sweet and sour sauce with her nuggets, so I said just go up to them and ask for one? Then she comes back and said they told her she had to pay $0.50c for it. That's when I went back up with the receipt and told them she never got her sauce with her nuggets then they happily obliged to give.At the time we walked in and even during our time there, there really wasn't alot of patrons around to be considered overly busy. Whatever the reason, this was the only let down to the ratings for this particular maccas. To all customers, please make sure you keep your receipts & check your orders. Not just for this maccas but for every maccas around NZ. This is a very common issue in fast food takeaway franchises like this chain.

Midday Sat and it was pumping and crowded yet they were getting the food out quick & to a good standard. Always a well run Maccas

Had to walk through drive thru as doors were closed, they didn’t want to give me my order after I paid and once I got it it was cold would not recommend
