We had eggs on toast beautifully cooked plus coffee and served by very friendly staff so we highly recommend this café for lunch or coffee.

What a great find!First impression was this cafe was full whilst the cafe next door was empty..always a good sign. Sat down outside with our dogs and first thing brought out was water for the dogs. Tick. The menu had all the standard breakfast options…but at prices about 4-5 dollars cheaper than anywhere else in Auckland..my wife said oh well the meals might be smaller than other places. I ordered the big breakfast and my wife irdered the French toast. Coffees arrived with a piece of brownie and first sip…coffee was fantastic. Tick. Meals arrived and they were very generous in proportions and looked delicious. Tick. And they tasted delicious. My hash browns were easily the best breakfast hash browns I have ever had at a cafe. Obviously made on site, not out of a packet. My wife’s French toast was perfectly made with plenty of fruit. I honestly could not fault anything about this cafe. Service was friendly, efficient and prompt. I don’t often feel the need to write a review about a breakfast stop but this experience was outstanding and I will not only be going back but I will be telling all my friends to go there. This kind of experience is too rare and this place deserves to succeed.

Super cute cafe in Devonport near the mount ambience is not Insta worthy but you don’t go for that. Opens early, good customer service. Food is affordable and quality. All the drinks come with a mini chocolate brownie (a nice surprise). Can’t find another cafe with this price point.

Superb hot chocolate with very tasty brownie bites included. The spinach quiche was fantastic as well. And everything is a fraction of the price of what you'll pay down at the wharf. Only 2-3 mins walk from the wharf itself. Highly recommended.

Our go to in Devonport. Great coffee, lovely cabinet food and their homemade hash browns are the best. Super friendly staff who really look after their customers. A warm friendly and inviting cafe.

I travel regularly for work and the Devonport Deli Cafe has been a regular breakfast and lunch spot. I am gluten free and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in understanding this. The managers and their team are amazing and always welcoming!

Amazing place for breakfast, lunch and coffee. We had the fritters and scones and both were amazing. The coffee is also delicious and the service very kind and attentive.

We went there a couple of years ago for Mother's Day. We didn't know what to expect so we just ordered coffees. They were delicious so we ordered some muffins. Delicious. So we ordered some smoothies. Delicious. Everything exceeded our expectations. This cafe is easily overlooked but it is a gem.

We visited late in the afternoon and were rewarded with a great selection of very yummy food options; generous sized portions and all well-priced. Service was friendly and the location convenient. We would definitely return. Well done Devonport Deli!
